Holmesburg Christian Academy seeks to hire and retain a permanent, part-time Admissions and Marketing Director to oversee and manage all student recruitment, enrollment, and retention efforts, as well as the marketing related to those efforts.   

Qualifications:

Candidate must agree with, support H.C.A’s Statement of Faith, and demonstrate the ability to deal with people in a way that glorifies God.   Candidate must hold a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent from an accredited postsecondary institution, and possess strong verbal and written communication skills, use exemplary English in written and verbal communication and speak with clear articulation.  

Responsibilities:

The Director will be responsible for all activities related to the school’s enrollment goals, cultivate student recruitment through the development of appropriate marketing tools and appropriate media attention to the school.  This individual must be a visionary, an encourager, a bridge builder and a self-starter with a high energy level, able to manage a fast-paced, multifaceted job with stability, objectivity and optimism. 

H.C.A.  is accepting applications for a full-time Middle School History teacher.  Candidate must agree with and support our Statement of Faith.  Candidate must hold a Bachelor’s degree from an accredited postsecondary institution.  Teacher must have ACSI and/or State certification.  Teaching experience is preferred but not necessary.

Shrewsbury Christian Academy is a board operated, non-denominational, independent school offering an academic program to PreK3 - 8th grade students.  We are located in New Freedom, Pa, just off I-83, 15 miles south of York.  Founded in 1977, SCA’s mission is to “educate students in a Christian environment that reveals God’s ultimate purpose for their lives.”

Crossroads Christian Academy in Hunterdon County, New Jersey was established in 1977 and is a ministry of South Ridge Community Church.  Crossroads accepts students from all faiths and denominations.  The school is a member of ACSI and MACSA.  The current enrollment is 125 students grades Pre-school to 8th grade, with 25 teachers and staff.  Our mission is to provide an excellent and biblically based education that equips students to reach their highest potential spiritually, academically, physically, and socially.

Provides academic leadership and oversight of Crossroads Christian Academy to ensure that the mission, vision and values of the organization are fulfilled.  Responsible for the daily academic and spiritual leadership of the school to assist in securing its ongoing stability and growth.   Evaluates and sets goals and implements strategies for improvement of the school’s academic and spiritual well being.  Manages faculty and support staff.  Promotes the school - particularly to parents of prospective students.  Communicates objectives to faculty, parents, and students.  Helps ensure that academic organizational and operating requirements are met.  Participates in the development of objectives and strategies that foster the mission of the organization.

ECA is seeking candidates with a passion for discipling young people through the ministry of teaching. We have openings in Science (7-12); HS Foreign Language (preferably Spanish); History (7-12); Elementary Education; Math (middle school); Special Ed.; and possibly Library/Media/Tech. Some positions may be combined in different ways, depending on each candidate's strengths and interests.

 QUALIFICATIONS:
