Dear Friend of MACSA,

 

         The 2011 MACSA Convention was a success for all of the delegates who attended.  We have already been working on the 2012 convention that will be held on November 9th and 10th at the Host in Lancaster.  We are dedicated to Christian education and helping our schools with staff development. 

 

         You, as an exhibitor, play a tremendous role in the success of our convention. I would like to thank those who have been with us in the past. I would also like to take this opportunity to invite you to join us if you have not been a part of the MACSA Convention.  

 

         You can register early as an exhibitor.  Early registration will promise you a booth space at the convention. The space will be an 8’ x 8’ curtained booth.  Registrations received before September 15th will pay only $350.  After that date, registration is $400 per booth.  Please indicate your first three choices of booth spaces and/or the row you would like to be in when you register.  However, your preferences are not guaranteed.  Set up can begin after 1:00 p.m. on Wednesday, November 8th, and exhibits will open at 8 p.m. that night.  Exhibit hours will continue through Friday afternoon at 3:00 p.m.

        

         If you register as an exhibitor and stay at the HOST, the Host will give you a discount on your room or you may wish to use the package that the schools receive which includes all meals.

 

         A great alternative or addition to exhibiting is the opportunity to advertise in the program book. Prices for an advertisement are:

 

          Back Cover……..................... $375.00            Half Page Inside............…. $175.00

          Second & Third Covers……...$300.00             One-Fourth Page Inside…. $125.00

          Full Page Inside...........…..... ..$225.00 (finished size 8 1/2” x 11” book)

 

You must submit your AD COPY and PAYMENT No Later Than SEPTEMBER 22nd.

 

         Any registration not received at least five weeks before the convention will not be included in the program book.  In order to help with the planning, no refunds for cancellations will be given after September 22nd.  Please plan accordingly.
